About Frauke
Everything I teach today is rooted in experience and in my own personal transformation.
I never set out to learn one specific method or follow one philosophy. I followed what transformed me, what made me feel more alive, what expanded the way I loved, related, worked, created and discovered the highest quality of my own life.
And somewhere along that journey, all of those experiences started becoming my work.
My journey of personal development started strongly when I found myself in years of unhealthy relationship patterns.
I started learning about my underlying beliefs around love, responsibility and boundaries — and how much of what I believed love was had actually been learned.
Learning to create healthier boundaries, take responsibility for myself and detach from some of these inherited beliefs allowed me to completely transform the way I related.
At the same time, right after school, I started working in Switzerland for a leader who had a huge impact on my life.
He didn't only care about how I performed at work. He cared about who I was becoming.
Under his leadership, I personally developed immensely. I learned more about healthy boundaries, responsibility, leadership and what it means to genuinely care about another person's growth.
Within a few months I was promoted twice and eventually became a leader myself.
And because I had received so much through his caring leadership, I wanted to give the same to the people I was leading.
For the next one and a half years, I guided my team with my whole loving and caring presence.
Watching my team grow, soak up the wisdom I shared with them in weekly meetings — overcome their own limitations, navigate through massive personal challenges and develop into powerful, inspired versions of themselves far beyond the person I had met when they first joined my team gave me one of my first experiences of what truly sparks aliveness within me:
Walking alongside people through a real, deep, holistic transformation and seeing them step into a potential they may not yet be able to see themselves.
After years of carrying responsibility — first in my relationship and then for my employees — I decided to take a year in which I would only be responsible for myself.
I completed my yoga teacher training in India, explored Reiki and started giving myself permission to experience the things I had always wanted to experience.
And eventually, I had everything I thought I always wanted when growing up.
I had time.
I had money.
I had a loving boyfriend.
I had supportive friendships.
I had freedom.
And somehow, I ended up in what other people might call a midlife crisis — just quite a few decades too early.
Because I realized:
I had created so much of what I thought would make me happy, and it didn't fulfil me in the way I thought it would.
For the first time, I started questioning whether some of the things I had spent my life wanting were actually my desires — or simply learned values of what a good, successful and happy life was supposed to look like.
Being happy on my own, with enough time and money, suddenly felt strangely dull when I knew how hard life can feel — and how much more beautiful life could become through the knowledge and tools I had already experienced myself.
I realized I didn't just want a job that satisfied my needs for time and money.
I wanted a mission I could pour my whole loving and creative energy into.
So for about half a year, I started shedding my identity.
I questioned my values. My beliefs. What I wanted. What I had been taught to want. Who I thought I needed to be.
I explored different teachings and studies. I asked people what truly sparked their fire for life. I travelled back to India and continued searching, experiencing and questioning.
And there, I gave my first Body Liberation workshop.
I remember how alive I felt afterwards.
More alive than I had felt during months of having all the things I previously thought I wanted.
Something in me knew:
This is part of how I want to spend my life.
Not necessarily one exact workshop, one method or one teaching.
But creating experiences that allow people to discover something about themselves that can change how they live.
From there, I kept following what transformed me.
I started a coaching training and came across tantric teachings through a book that completely changed my understanding of my body.
I became fascinated and started exploring deeper through seminars in Switzerland.
And I discovered a side of tantra I hadn't known existed — a deeply non-sexual exploration of presence, authenticity, relationship, the body and life itself.
What resonated with me most was the idea of making your own experience instead of simply adopting somebody else's truth.
That has always been the most important to me.
I don't want to believe something simply because a teacher says it.
I want to experience it.
Feel it.
Question it.
See whether it changes something in my actual life.
I learn from teachers, traditions, relationships, books, workshops, conversations, my body and life itself — and then I take what genuinely resonates and works for me and make it my own.
That approach has been with me ever since, and in tantric teachings I found people with the same experimental-minded approach to life.
I began collaborating with a teacher connected to the lineage of Ma Ananda Sarita, and together we facilitated evening events, active meditations and one- and two-day seminars in Switzerland.
For around a year, I immersed myself deeply in this world. These experiences profoundly increased my capacity to stay connected to my heart, authenticity and presence & taught me how to bring these qualities into every aspect of life.
From speaking my truth.
To feeling all emotions.
To shedding conditioning.
To having a clear vision for life.
To opening the heart to life and connection despite past trauma or fear.
We eventually taught together at the Tantra Festival Zurich, where I had the experience of facilitating for around 100 people.
Alongside that, I kept exploring.
I attended trainings and seminars, Tony Robbins events, Reiki II, Kashmiri tantra massage retreats and teachings around making touch itself a meditation.
I travelled.
I learned.
I experimented.
And most importantly, I kept applying what I learned to my own life.
Eventually, I felt the calling to step away from the collaboration and focus fully on my own work.
I started travelling and sharing my intuitive approach to touch, embodiment and transformation. At the Biohacking World in Los Angeles and through more and more one-to-one sessions, I began bringing together everything I had gathered.
Not as one fixed method.
But intuitively.
I wanted to create a space where someone could come with their life, their truth, their body, their relationships and their questions — and I could draw from everything I had experienced to meet the person actually sitting in front of me.
At the same time, my own life remained my greatest classroom.
I explored conscious relationships and open relating. I kept improving my communication skills. I deepened what it means to open my heart despite fear in real, challenging moments. I learned to navigate triggers with love, to raise my standards for how I wanted to live and relate, and to understand how deeply my relationship with myself reflected into everything else.
I explored life-force energy and how much energy becomes available when we stop disconnecting from our bodies — and how that aliveness can flow into our work, creativity, relationships, love and everyday life.
And I kept discovering how radically life can change when we stop asking:
What am I supposed to want?
and start asking:
What is actually true for me?
One of my deepest experiences happened when I travelled 7 weeks to Asia with my mother.
Working through triggers together in the most loving and supportive way showed me how similar our relational patterns can be — whether we are relating to a mother, a lover, a friend or ourselves.
Later, spending several weeks in Bali with my mother and three people very close to me gave me another glimpse into what I believe is possible.
Community where conflict doesn't have to mean separation.
Relationships where honesty doesn't have to mean losing love.
A life in which we can care deeply for each other without abandoning ourselves.
The more I experienced this, the stronger my desire became to share what life can look like when we begin shedding conditioning, following our own truth and discovering our unique way of being in this world.
My work began reaching larger spaces.
I facilitated a workshop for more than 150 people at an academy in India, spoke and facilitated at the TRYP Expo in Berlin and shared my work at the Moving Cultures Festival in Frankfurt.
And I loved it.
I love what can happen when a room full of people suddenly experiences something differently.
But after all of that, I noticed another calling becoming louder.
I remembered my leadership years.
I remembered what it felt like to know people over time — to see who they were when we first met and then witness them become completely different versions of themselves months later.
And I realized that while I love impacting many people at once, there is something incredibly precious to me about walking deeply with just a few.
Because there are transformations that don't happen in one workshop.
They happen through being witnessed again and again.
Through having a space to return to.
Through noticing the old pattern when it comes back.
Through remembering what you said you wanted when life becomes loud again.
Through being supported not only in discovering your truth — but in actually living it.
And that is why today I hold a very limited number of spaces for private mentorship.
I bring everything I have gathered into these journeys — coaching, embodiment, conscious relationships, identity and belief work, yoga, Reiki, tantric philosophy and practices, communication, life-force activation, teachings and perspectives I've encountered through people such as Tony Robbins, Peter Crone and Mark Whitwell, the world of biohacking and longevity, my own mentors, and most importantly, everything life itself continues to teach me.
I am ever-learning.
Ever-exploring.
Ever-questioning.
I am in many mentorships and spaces myself to keep my self-reflection sharp and expand beyond my own limits.
I keep meeting the edges of my own heart.
Because I experienced the power of external perceptions and learning from people's experiences that immeasurably increased my life's quality in so much less time than it would have taken on my own — I will always keep investing in myself.
I am deeply alive in my own journey while I support you in yours. Which is why I feel and understand many things without them even having to be spoken.
Today, my work touches the deepest layers of how we relate to ourselves and to life — our identity, subconscious beliefs, relationships, sensuality, body, life force, standards, desires, truth and the way we make decisions.
But underneath all of it, my intention is actually very simple.
I don't want you to become more like me.
I don't want you to inherit another set of beliefs from me.
And I don't want you to need me forever.
I want to offer you everything I have experienced, learned and embodied as a colourful palette to choose from
— and create a space in which you can discover what is yours.
Your truth.
Your standards.
Your relationships.
Your way of loving.
Your way of creating.
Your way of living.
Your brightest potential.
And then embody it deeply enough that the way you live naturally creates ripple effects in the people around you.
Because I believe one of the most powerful ways we change the world is by becoming a living example of what else is possible.
