Terms and Conditions
1. Provider
These terms apply to all digital products and recordings offered by The Frauke, based in Switzerland.
For any question regarding these terms, please use the contact form on this website.
2. What you are purchasing
You are purchasing personal access to a digital recording. Access is delivered by email within 7 days of your purchase, to the email address you provide at registration.
Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam folder before contacting me about a missing delivery.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown in Swiss francs (CHF) at the point of registration. Payment is processed by Stripe; I never see or store your card details.
4. Digital content and right of withdrawal
By completing your purchase and agreeing to immediate delivery of digital content, you expressly agree that delivery begins before any withdrawal period ends and you waive your right of withdrawal once access has been sent.
No refunds are issued after access has been delivered.
5. Licence and use
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view the recording for your own private use.
Sharing, copying, downloading for redistribution, reselling, broadcasting or showing the recording publicly is not permitted.
6. Nature of the work
The recording is educational and experiential in nature. It is not therapy, medical advice, psychological treatment or a substitute for professional care.
Participation is at your own responsibility. If you are in acute distress or under medical or psychological treatment, please consult your practitioner first.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the recording. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.
8. Your data
Your name, email address and — if you provide it — your phone number are used solely to deliver the recording and, if you opted in, to send you news and updates about my work.
You can unsubscribe from updates at any time. Your data is never sold or passed on for third-party marketing.
9. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, to the extent legally permissible.
These terms are a general baseline. For wide distribution, a short review by a lawyer in your jurisdiction is recommended.
