Corporate Experience

The Experiential Mindset

Experience first. Decide second.

A practical and embodied team experience designed to strengthen curiosity, adaptability and the ability to explore unfamiliar approaches before automatically judging them.

The Experiential Mindset is anchored through the Full Body Reset — a playful physical experience that is genuinely fun and feels amazing in the body, allowing participants to feel the value of trying something unfamiliar directly in their own body.

Immediate Outcomes

Participants experience and practice:

  • Greater openness toward unfamiliar approaches
  • More curiosity in moments of change
  • A healthier relationship with experimentation and mistakes
  • Increased awareness of automatic resistance
  • Greater freedom to explore unconventional solutions
  • A practical 30–60 second Full Body Reset they can continue using at work

Most of what we call “normal” is simply what we have experienced often enough.

Workplace cultures, habits and individual behaviours are often shaped through repetition rather than conscious choice.

Something unfamiliar can therefore easily be interpreted as unnecessary, uncomfortable or “not for me” before it has ever actually been experienced.

The Experiential Mindset introduces another possibility:

  1. 01

    Try it.

  2. 02

    Experience it.

  3. 03

    Observe what happens.

  4. 04

    Then decide.

This does not mean accepting every new idea.

It means developing the capacity to remain curious long enough to make decisions from direct experience rather than automatic conditioning.

Why Joy Matters

The brain remembers what felt good.

The Full Body Reset is deliberately fun. It feels amazing, it makes people laugh, and it lands as pure relief in the body.

That strong positive emotion becomes an association. The unfamiliar situation, the colleagues around them and the workplace itself are stored together with joy.

Over time, new situations at work stop signalling tension and start signalling something lighter: curiosity, playfulness and the feeling that trying something new is actually enjoyable.

The world is changing faster than our habits.

In times of AI integration, organisational transformation and constant acceleration, teams increasingly encounter methods, technologies and ways of working that did not exist before.

The ability to explore before rejecting becomes a practical professional skill.

Adaptability

Unfamiliar approaches become possibilities to explore rather than immediate threats to avoid.

Resilience

Experimentation reduces the pressure to get everything right immediately and allows so-called mistakes to become information.

Creative Thinking

When possibilities are not automatically excluded, new solutions can emerge from combining unexplored approaches with proven systems.

You can understand openness intellectually.
Or you can experience it.

The Full Body Reset becomes the physical anchor for the Experiential Mindset.

Participants are invited into an experience that may initially feel unfamiliar: pressure-point activation around the body followed by natural movement impulses such as stretching, shaking or intuitive movement.

Instead of asking participants to believe that it works, the invitation is simple:

Experience it first.

Each participant receives a Full Body Reset while the group joins the natural movements that follow. It breaks through professional stiffness within seconds — people laugh, exhale and feel genuinely good together.

With every repetition, participants experience the process from another perspective. What may initially feel unfamiliar gradually becomes known through direct experience.

The body becomes the evidence.

The Full Body Reset

30–60 seconds.
One embodied reset.
A joyful practice participants can take back into everyday work.

Participants learn a simple sequence of pressure-point activations around the arms, shoulders and neck, followed by allowing the body’s natural movement impulses.

  • Releasing accumulated muscular tension
  • Increasing body awareness
  • Encouraging movement and circulation
  • Creating a brief mental reset
  • Supporting transitions between demanding tasks

The purpose is not to introduce another complicated wellness routine.

It is to create something simple and joyful enough to actually become part of everyday work.

This process becomes the deeper takeaway of the workshop.

The Full Body Reset is one joyful experience.

The mindset behind it can be applied far beyond the workshop — to new technologies, new ideas, new ways of collaborating and moments of personal or organisational change.

Making It Part of Team Culture

Teams explore how this joyful practice fits their own environment.

Before important meetingsAfter long periods of sittingBetween demanding tasksDuring team breaksAfter stressful conversationsAt the beginning of the workday
  • Create their own activation sequence
  • Give the joyful practice an internal name
  • Choose their own timing
  • Adapt it to their culture

The goal is not compliance.
The goal is ownership.

About Frauke

Frauke Küble

Speaker • Facilitator • Mentor

“The world doesn’t need more vacation days—it needs satisfied employees.”

Frauke Küble bridges physical and mental dimensions in her work. She supports people in recognising societal conditioning, questioning limiting beliefs, and creating new standards aligned with their authentic selves.

What sets her apart: her approach isn’t theoretical.

Years of intensive retreats, advanced trainings, longevity summits, and her own profound personal transformation—in relationships, career, and community—have given her work real substance. She teaches from lived experience.

Her professional journey as an employee, team lead, and Fundraising Manager taught her something essential: teams with high intrinsic motivation don’t just meet targets; they exceed them.

As a leader, she discovered that consistently offering genuine value without expecting anything in return changes everything. Her team recognised this generosity immediately.

The result

They didn’t just do their jobs. They brought creativity, commitment, and joy.

That’s the philosophy she brings to every workshop: meet people where they are, offer real, amazing tools, and watch what becomes possible.

The Full Body Reset is the joyful practice.
The Experiential Mindset is the skill.

One can be practised in 60 seconds — and it brings an instant smile to the room.

The other can change how we approach everything we have never tried before.
